Orders Not Appearing

What to do when orders don’t show up in your dashboard.

Where to find it: Orders (in the main sidebar)


  1. Refresh the page — Sometimes the list needs a refresh. Reload the Orders page.
  2. Check filters — Make sure you’re not filtering out the order. Clear filters or set Status to “All” and Date range to include today.
  3. Check the right store — If you have multiple locations, use the store switcher (top left) to make sure you’re viewing the correct store.
  4. Check the right tab — Some dashboards show Pending vs Confirmed separately. Switch tabs to see all orders.

  • Device connection — If you use a kitchen display or tablet, ensure it’s connected. See Device Not Connected.
  • Order link — Confirm customers are using the correct ordering link for your store. Check that the link is active and not expired.
  • Store hours — Some setups hide ordering when the store is closed. Check Store → Hours.
  • Contact support — If nothing appears to be wrong, include your Support ID and any error messages when you reach out.

Keep the Orders page open during busy periods — it updates in real time. Use Search by order number or customer name if you know the order exists but can’t find it in the list.
