Refreshing
Section titled “Refreshing”Orders update in real time — new orders can appear without refreshing. Use the refresh button to pull the latest data if needed. You can filter by multiple criteria at once (e.g. status + date range) and customize the table to show or hide columns like delivery/pickup, customer, or total.
- Check Pending orders first — confirm them quickly so customers know their order is accepted.
- Use date range filters when reconciling with your POS or preparing reports.
- Keep the Orders tab open during busy hours — status badges help you spot what needs attention.
