How to Create a Short Link

Create a custom short URL that redirects to any destination — your menu, a blog post, a landing page, etc.

Where to find it: Marketing → Short links

  1. Go to Marketing → Short links
  2. Click Create short link or Add short link
  3. Enter the destination URL — where the link should redirect (e.g. your ordering page, https://mnel.la/m/yourstore)
  4. (Optional) Add a name — a label for your reference (e.g. “Winter Theme”, “Instagram Bio”)
  5. (Optional) Add a favicon — optional icon for the link
  6. Save

You’ll receive a short link (e.g. mnel.la/ML2NZ) that you can share. Customers who click it are redirected to your destination URL.
