Uploading Images
How to upload images to Your Gallery for use on products, categories, and modifiers.
Where to find it: Media gallery (in the main sidebar), or when editing a product, category, or modifier
How to Upload
Section titled “How to Upload”- Open the Media gallery (sidebar) or click the image area when editing a product, category, or modifier
- Switch to Your Gallery
- Click Upload (or drag and drop)
- Select one or more images from your device
- The images appear in Your Gallery and are ready to use
Where Uploaded Images Go
Section titled “Where Uploaded Images Go”Images you upload are stored in Your Gallery. You can then:
- Assign to products — Store → Menu → Products → edit a product → click image area → pick from Your Gallery
- Assign to categories — Store → Menu → Categories → edit a category → pick from Your Gallery
- Assign to modifiers — Store → Menu → Modifiers → edit a modifier option → pick from Your Gallery
Upload once and reuse across your menu.
Supported Formats
Section titled “Supported Formats”- JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg) — Most common for photos
- PNG (.png) — Good for graphics with transparency
- WebP — Modern format, often smaller file size
Use clear, well-lit photos for food — they make your menu more appealing. Crop before uploading if needed — square or 4:3 ratio works well for product images. Keep file sizes reasonable (e.g. under 1MB) — see Image Guidelines for recommended dimensions.
