How to Set Up the Points System

Configure the loyalty points system — welcome bonus and redeem value per item.

Where to find it: Loyalty & Rewards (or Marketing → Loyalty)

1 € = 10 points — This is fixed by Menuella based on global best practice. Merchants cannot change the currency-to-points conversion.

  1. In Loyalty & Rewards, find First registration or Welcome bonus
  2. Set the points new customers receive — e.g. 100 points
  3. This is automatic — customers get points when they register

Owner sets how many points = 1 free of that item. You can set any value per product.

For a stamp card (buy 10, get 11th free):

  1. Go to Store → Menu → Products
  2. Edit the product (e.g. burger)
  3. Find Redeem with points or Points to redeem for this product
  4. Set how many points = 1 free burger — e.g. 1000 points (10 burgers × 100 points each = 1 free)
  5. Save
  • Earning is automatic — you only set the redeem value (how many points = 1 free item).
  • 1€ = 10 points is fixed — use it as the base when calculating redeem values (e.g. 10€ burger = 100 points earned).
  • Welcome bonus runs automatically on first registration — no manual work needed.
  • Use 100 points as the welcome bonus — gives new customers a reason to come back.
  • For a classic stamp card: set 1000 points = 1 free burger (10 purchases × 100 points = 1 free).
  • See How to Use Points (Digital Stamp Card) for different points per item and special points days.
