Cash vs. Online Payments
Section titled “Cash vs. Online Payments”| Cash | Stripe / PayPal |
|---|---|
| No processing fees | Transaction fees apply |
| Pay at pickup or delivery | Pay online at checkout |
| No bank account needed for Cash itself | Payouts go to your bank account |
You can have Cash and online providers (Stripe, PayPal) active at the same time — customers choose how they want to pay. Cash is useful for takeaway and delivery orders where customers pay on arrival. You can turn Cash off temporarily (e.g. if you’re out of change) and turn it back on when ready. Your Financial reports include cash payments in your sales totals.
