Cart Free Item Threshold
Offer free items when the cart reaches a minimum total.
Where to find it: Marketing → Discounts
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”- Customer’s cart total reaches the minimum (e.g. €30)
- They receive a free item (or free item choice)
- Applies automatically when cart meets the minimum — no code needed
How to Set Up
Section titled “How to Set Up”- Go to Marketing → Discounts
- Click Add discount or Create discount
- Select Cart Free Item Threshold
- Set the minimum order value (e.g. €30)
- Configure which free item(s) to offer
- Set validity dates if needed
- Save and activate
Important
Section titled “Important”Only one cart discount can be active at a time. If you already have one, disable it before creating another. The system will tell you if one is already active.

- Free dessert or side with a minimum spend
