How to Edit a Coupon
Section titled “How to Edit a Coupon”- Go to Marketing → Coupons

Note: The code usually cannot be changed after creation — create a new coupon if you need a different code.
Viewing Usage
Section titled “Viewing Usage”For each coupon you can see:
- Redemptions — How many times it has been used
- Per customer — How many uses each customer has left
- Validity — Whether it’s within the start/end dates
Deactivating is reversible — turn it back on anytime. Per customer: 1 is ideal for welcome or first-order offers. Coupons with an end date automatically become unusable after that date.
Deactivate coupons when campaigns end — keeps your list clean. Use different codes for different channels (e.g. INSTA10, EMAIL10) to track which works best. Check redemptions to see which coupons perform well.
