Order settings control how customers can place orders, when they can schedule them, and how many orders you can handle at once.

What Order Settings Control

Section	What you configure
Order Types	Which order types customers can use — pickup, delivery, or pause all orders
Preparation Time	How long customers wait before pickup or delivery
Advance Ordering	When customers can schedule future orders and cutoff before closing
Order Capacity	How many orders you can handle at once (or no limit)

How They Work Together

1. Order Types — Turn on pickup and/or delivery. Use “Pause all orders” when you’re closed or too busy.
2. Preparation Time — Set realistic wait times so customers know when to expect their order.
3. Advance Ordering — Control how far in advance customers can book, and when to stop taking orders before closing.
4. Order Capacity — Cap simultaneous orders during busy periods, or leave unlimited.
