Delivery Zones
Delivery zones define where you deliver and how much you charge. Customers outside your zones can’t select delivery.

Setting Up Zones
Section titled “Setting Up Zones”For each zone you can set:
- Area — Map or address-based boundaries
- Delivery fee — Flat fee or minimum order for free delivery
- Minimum order — Minimum spend to qualify for delivery
Multiple Zones
Section titled “Multiple Zones”You can have several zones with different fees:
- Zone 1 (close): €2 delivery, €15 minimum
- Zone 2 (further): €4 delivery, €25 minimum
- Zone 3 (outer): €6 delivery, €35 minimum
Takeaway
Section titled “Takeaway”Takeaway (pickup) is usually available to all customers regardless of zones. Delivery zones only affect delivery orders.
Delivery zones are configured in Store → Delivery zones — you draw or define areas on a map and set fees per zone. Customers outside your zones will not see delivery as an option — they can still choose takeaway if you offer it. Each zone can have its own minimum order and delivery fee — use this to cover distance and encourage larger orders in far zones.
Set minimum orders in far zones to cover delivery cost — e.g. €25 minimum for Zone 2, €35 for Zone 3. Review zones seasonally — if you add or remove delivery areas, update the dashboard so customers see accurate options. Use clear zone names (e.g. “City center”, “Outskirts”) if they’re shown to customers — avoid internal codes.
