Delivery Zones

Delivery zones define where you deliver and how much you charge. Customers outside your zones can’t select delivery.

Where to find it: Store → Delivery zones

For each zone you can set:

  • Area — Map or address-based boundaries
  • Delivery fee — Flat fee or minimum order for free delivery
  • Minimum order — Minimum spend to qualify for delivery

You can have several zones with different fees:

  • Zone 1 (close): €2 delivery, €15 minimum
  • Zone 2 (further): €4 delivery, €25 minimum
  • Zone 3 (outer): €6 delivery, €35 minimum

Takeaway (pickup) is usually available to all customers regardless of zones. Delivery zones only affect delivery orders.

Delivery zones are configured in Store → Delivery zones — you draw or define areas on a map and set fees per zone. Customers outside your zones will not see delivery as an option — they can still choose takeaway if you offer it. Each zone can have its own minimum order and delivery fee — use this to cover distance and encourage larger orders in far zones.

Set minimum orders in far zones to cover delivery cost — e.g. €25 minimum for Zone 2, €35 for Zone 3. Review zones seasonally — if you add or remove delivery areas, update the dashboard so customers see accurate options. Use clear zone names (e.g. “City center”, “Outskirts”) if they’re shown to customers — avoid internal codes.
