Payment Providers
Connect Stripe or PayPal so you can accept online payments from customers.

Why Connect Payments?
Section titled “Why Connect Payments?”Without a payment provider, customers can’t pay online. Once connected, they can pay by card or PayPal at checkout.
Supported Providers
Section titled “Supported Providers”- Stripe — Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- PayPal — PayPal balance and linked cards
Go to Settings → Payments to see available options and connect. Payments are part of Finance, Billing & Reports.
What You Need
Section titled “What You Need”- A Stripe or PayPal business account
- You’ll sign in to Stripe or PayPal and authorize the connection — no need to share passwords with Menuella
Security
Section titled “Security”Menuella does not store full card numbers. Payment processing is handled by the provider (Stripe, PayPal). You receive payouts according to their schedule.
- Connect at least one payment provider before going live — without it, customers cannot pay online.
- You can connect multiple providers (e.g. Stripe and PayPal) — customers choose at checkout.
- The connection flow opens the provider’s site — you log in and authorize; Menuella never sees your full credentials.
- Use Stripe for card payments (including Apple Pay, Google Pay) — it’s widely supported and trusted.
- Keep your Stripe or PayPal account in good standing — payouts depend on it; check their dashboard if payouts delay.
