Order Types

Choose which types of orders customers can place. Toggle each option on or off.

Available Order Types

Option	What it does
Pickup	Customers can order and pick up from your store
Delivery	Customers can order and have food delivered to their location
Pause all orders	Temporarily stop accepting orders when you’re closed or too busy

How to Configure

1. Go to Store → Order settings
2. Open the Order Types section
3. Toggle Pickup — On to allow customers to order and collect from your store
4. Toggle Delivery — On to allow delivery orders (requires Delivery zones to be set up)
5. Toggle Pause all orders — On when you’re closed or overwhelmed; customers will see that ordering is paused

You can have both pickup and delivery on — customers choose at checkout. Pause all orders is useful for lunch breaks, staff shortages, or when you’re at capacity. Turn Pause off when you’re ready to accept orders again — no need to change other settings.
