Points System Overview
Menuella’s points system helps you build customer loyalty — like a digital stamp card. Customers earn points on orders and redeem them for rewards.

How Points Work
Section titled “How Points Work”| Setting | What it means |
|---|---|
| Currency to points | 1 € (or your currency) = 10 points — fixed by Menuella (not configurable) |
| First registration | New customers get 100 points automatically when they register |
| Redeem value per item | Owner sets how many points = 1 free item (e.g. 1000 points = 1 free burger) — any value |
Traditional Stamp Card Example
Section titled “Traditional Stamp Card Example”Buy 10, get 11th free:
- 1€ = 10 points (fixed) → 10€ burger = 100 points earned per purchase
- Owner sets redeem value: 1000 points = 1 free burger (for that item)
- Customer buys 10 burgers → earns 1000 points
- Redeems 1000 points → 1 free burger
- Result: 11th burger free — classic stamp card loyalty
Why Use Points?
Section titled “Why Use Points?”- Customer retention — Customers come back to earn more points
- Marketing — Reward loyal customers, re-engage at-risk customers
- Automation — First registration bonus and points per order run automatically
- Flexible — Set redeem value per item (how many points = 1 free)
What You Can Configure
Section titled “What You Can Configure”- Welcome bonus — 100 points on first registration (automation)
- Redeem value per item — How many points = 1 free of that item (e.g. 1000 points = 1 free burger) — owner can set any value
Fixed (not configurable): 1€ = 10 points — earning is based on spend only.
