Updating Your Payout Bank Account
Change the bank account where your payouts are sent.
You can update the bank account that receives your Menuella payouts at any time from your dashboard. Payouts are securely processed through Stripe, our payment partner.
Where to find it: Settings → Payments
How to Change Your Bank Account
Section titled “How to Change Your Bank Account”- Log in to your Menuella dashboard
- Go to Settings
- Open Payments → Stripe
- Click Change bank account
- Enter your new IBAN
- Confirm the update
Security Verification
Section titled “Security Verification”For security reasons, Stripe may ask you to confirm your previous bank account details before the new bank account is activated.
This helps ensure that only the authorized account owner can update payout information and prevents unauthorized changes.
Please make sure your previous IBAN details are entered correctly when requested.
After Updating Your Bank Account
Section titled “After Updating Your Bank Account”Once the change is confirmed:
- Your new bank account becomes the default payout account
- Any available balance will be transferred through Stripe
- Future payouts will be sent to the new bank account
Depending on your bank, payouts typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
