Managing Devices
Revoke devices, check status, and troubleshoot connection issues.
Where to find it: Store → Devices
Device List
Section titled “Device List”The Devices page shows:

| Device | Name and identifier (e.g. “Menuella Terminal” with ID) |
| Type | KITCHEN_DISPLAY (Terminal), iOS, or Android |
| Status | Active or Revoked |
| Last Seen | When the device last connected |
| Paired At | When you paired the device |
| Actions | Revoke — remove access |
Summary (Top of Page)
Section titled “Summary (Top of Page)”- Total Devices — All paired devices (Active + Revoked)
- Active — Devices that can receive orders
- Revoked — Devices you’ve removed access from
Device Status
Section titled “Device Status”| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | Device is paired and connected — it can receive and display orders |
| Revoked | Access removed — device can no longer connect to your store |
Last Seen shows when the device last connected. If a device is Active but Last Seen is old, it may be offline (Wi‑Fi, app closed, or sleep). Open the app on the device to reconnect.
How to Revoke a Device
Section titled “How to Revoke a Device”If you need to remove a device (e.g. staff left, device lost, or replacing it):
- Go to Store → Devices
- Find the device in the list
- Click Actions (or the menu/three dots) next to the device
- Click Revoke
- Confirm — the device status changes to Revoked and can no longer connect
To use the device again, pair it as a new device with a fresh 6-digit code.
If a Device Won’t Connect
Section titled “If a Device Won’t Connect”- Check Wi‑Fi — Device needs internet
- Open the app — App must be open (or running in background) to connect
- Check Last Seen — If it’s old, restart the app or device
- Re-pair — Revoke the device, then pair it again with a new code
- Revoke devices when staff leave or devices are replaced — keeps your list clean and secure.
- Last Seen helps you spot devices that haven’t connected recently — check if they need a restart or new pairing.
- Place devices where staff can see them — near the kitchen or pickup area for order flow.
