Managing Gift Cards
View sales, redemptions, active balance, and individual gift cards in Store → Gift cards.

Dashboard Overview
Section titled “Dashboard Overview”| Metric | What it shows |

| Active balance | Remaining value on all cards (not yet redeemed) |
Individual Cards
Section titled “Individual Cards”For each gift card you can see:
- Balance — Remaining value
- Recipient — Who received it (if provided)
- Transactions — Purchases, redemptions, manual adjustments
Manual Adjustments
Section titled “Manual Adjustments”You can adjust a card’s balance manually (e.g. to correct an error). Use sparingly and document the reason for your records.
Active balance is a liability — it’s value customers have paid for but not yet used. Check it regularly for accounting. Each card has a transaction history — you can see when it was sold, when it was used, and any adjustments. Gift cards can be sold through your ordering flow — customers add them to cart like any other product.
Check Active balance regularly — it affects your financial reporting. Use manual adjustments only when necessary — document the reason. Review redemptions to see how gift cards are being used.
