At-Risk and Top Customers

Menuella highlights two groups that deserve your attention: At-risk customers and Top customers. Both appear on the Customers page.

Where to find it: Customers (widgets at the top of the page)

At-risk customers used to order regularly but haven’t ordered recently. They’re at risk of churning — switching to a competitor or simply forgetting about you.

  • Send a coupon or special offer to bring them back
  • Reach out personally if you have their contact info
  • Use short links or marketing campaigns to re-engage them

The at-risk list shows who hasn’t ordered in a while, so you can act before they’re gone for good.

Top customers are your VIPs — they order often and spend the most. These are your most valuable guests.

  • Reward them with loyalty or exclusive offers
  • Thank them personally
  • Use their feedback to improve your menu and service

Keeping top customers happy pays off: they drive a large share of your revenue. The At-risk and Top customers widgets are built from the same segment logic used in the customer table — the data is consistent. At-risk customers are ranked by how long ago they last ordered — the longer the gap, the higher the risk. Top customers are ranked by order frequency and total spend — your best guests appear first.

Create a coupon in Marketing → Coupons with a friendly code (e.g. WEMISSYOU) and send it to at-risk customers — set a minimum order so it still drives revenue. For top customers, consider a discount in Marketing → Discounts that rewards high spend (e.g. “Spend €50, get 10% off”). Review both lists at least monthly — re-engagement works best when you act before customers forget about you.
