Insights
Section titled “Insights”Key takeaways from your delivery data:
- Orders and revenue — Which areas produced the most orders and revenue
- Avg delivery time — How long deliveries take on average
- Delivery time reliability — Percentage of orders within target time (e.g. 35 min)
- Loyal customer area — Areas with repeat customers
- Best delivery area — Areas with highest average order value
The heatmap uses delivery orders with location data — more orders with addresses improve the map. Orders by Distance helps you decide if you should expand or shrink your delivery zones. Insights update automatically based on your data.
Check Orders by Distance regularly — adjust delivery zones if too many orders fall outside your current radius. Use Insights to spot your best delivery areas and focus marketing there. Switch between Layers (Orders, Revenue, Delivery Time) to see different patterns.
